Holding shares before upcoming 2022 10-Q??
Seems like a lot of information clarification, from tweets past 2 months, due to shareholders, from the company, in this week's upcoming first 10-Q of 2022...not filed through 8-Ks.
No 8-K released regarding material changes to to bus shelter business? It will need to be addressed on the 10-Q. looking forward to learn of any affect on the 10 yr agreement with the bus transportation entity ripta
No 8-K released regarding aspire - reeau partnership with subsidiary nmg? It will need to be addressed on the 10-Q. looking for how this project is being funded and what % of development costs and any associated potential future revenues have been agreed upon
Should be interesting if a bunch of cut and paste stuff from previous 10-Ks and 10-Qs show up on this week's 10-Q...despite the company "knowing" these previously mentioned planned business projects are not being worked on...like wifi boosters being installed in bus shelters... like solar bus shelters being installed in various states...like new bus benches being installed in florida.
