Cyber-harassment or cyberstalking of a business is illegal

Making up lies about a company or employees is illegal

Impeding a business from obtaining customers, revenue or their operations is illegal

Creating multiple fake accounts is illegal in regards to the above

Posing as a stock analyst and duping investors with zero certifications, accreditations or training is illegal. The other one on AMBS calls went to jail.

First step for a company is to get a restraining order as you never know when that individual will take it offline. I thought I heard the company did that?

Too bad about the dumpster fire with MONI today. That may have been a way to pay for legal fees and damages to the company and shareholders.
