NT 10-Q "Notice of Late Quarterly Filing" - Q1 2022 due today
Probably waiting another 5 days to file because last 10-K mentioned the company may not have been effective with its disclosures based on SEC rules. Read the 10-K
But, that revenue must be over the top?? LOL
Looking for update on streetsmart 10 year contract with ri bus co for shelter ads. Should be seeing some material change now that Vector media has moved in.
Looking for update on huge Australian feedstocks and solar farms deals with Aspire-Reeau. I'm sure the Q-10 will reveal partnership roles and signed agreement terms and conditions. Can't wait!!! LOL
Maybe some "subsidiary structure" changes? Been waiting for those other than another one bit the dust. LOL
