Dr. Otto Yang states:
following the release of this report:

More on that can be read here:

My original thoughts on this mechanism of action, (albeit long winded), were put here: (you don't need to go to it if you don't want for the nut shell version, in answer to your question).

further elaborating, I wrote this:

Now, this is what you're likely after, the nutshell version, which I need to do quickly cause I need to get to work.
Clear Understanding is key to Health. MisUnderstanding leads to Disease. MisInterpretation leads to Disease. MisTranslation leads to Disease. Language is either very safe leading to Health or can be very dangerous, even lethal if misunderstood, misinterpreted or mistranslated.
Who/what is doing the communication? Cytokines. Which Cytokine lies at the heart of the immunoregulatory (adaptive) and immunoinflammatory (innate) cascade? CCR5.
What are we communicating to? Macrophages, white blood cells. (They don't have brains.) They receive chemical messages.
Are these cells powerful? You bet! They can wipe away your liver. They can erase your face if it was grafted and rejected.
Can these cells be tamed? Absolutely, just add CCL5 in the same way Tumors convince Treg cells to confound the Natural Killer Cells not to destroy metastases.
Without proper communication, our own immune systems may be deceived sufficiently enough so they are unable to determine "self" from "non-self" or from foreigner.
Disease distorts organs. Disease makes livers sick or lungs sick or spleens sick. When the organs get sick, they start speaking and their words may need to be interpreted. However, an interpreter may not exist and the message gets misinterpreted thereby aggravating the disease.
To me, hogwash may mean bull shit, but to you, it may mean giving a pig a bath.
For that matter, you may not even have the word hog in your vocabulary.
or if I were referring to Daisy, would I be referring to her or to a flower?
The sick organ is trying to say, "I sick as hell, help me!"
Macrophage says, "ohh, your sick as death, i'll eradicate you!", but it fails to find the invader.
Health = appropriate immunocellular communication
Disease is inappropriate din of confusion
Leronlimab restores appropriate communication
Because of LL incredible affinity to CCR5, there is no voice louder than LL. That means, what it says goes. Even amongst a din of confusion.
When LL is added, it takes control of the situation by binding to CCR5. And what we learned from Dr. Otto Yang from his work in Long Haulers was that a din of confusion was in part equal to a dearth of silence where there were very few CCR5 expressed on cell surfaces. No communication at all, not even babel.
Leronlimab dislodges the sound bytes of disinformation and replaces it with sound reasoning. In cases where there is no communication, its addition ramps up cellular communication to normal levels with every subsequent injection.
So far, LL has not induced disease. So far, LL is side effect free. The LL version of human immunoregulatory control so far is 81% effective with a p value of 0.0032 with HIV. We have also measured LL effectiveness in mTNBC and more than likely we will see it increase Overall Survivability from the current SOC Trodelvy of 1 year to 1.5 years... yet to come. In NASH, wait and see... I believe it will show that it can completely eradicate NASH, even from a NAS of 8, (cirrhosis) and bring it all the way down to a healthy liver, NAS of 0, even in 14 doses. That's what I see.
Quote:
"But we found just the opposite," Yang, who is also the senior author, said in the release. "Patients who improved were those who started with low CCR5 on their T cells, suggesting their immune system was less active than normal, and levels of CCR5 actually increased in people who improved. This leads to the new hypothesis that long COVID in some persons is related to the immune system being suppressed and not hyperactive, and that while blocking its activity, the antibody can stabilize CCR5 expression on the cell surface leading to upregulation of other immune receptors or functions."
