What good is it if you show me the public filings if you don't know what a "board option is" when it written in plain English.????????

Since the BOARD OPTION (of this 14c) HAS NEVER BEEN EXERCISED THERE IS NO REASON AT THIS THIS TIME TO THINK IT DIFFERENTLY WILL BE.
So,at the present it is a nothing burger, just an unexercised BOARD OPTION.
