Can't find reeau/Aspite agreement in the 10-K? Feel free to post evidence of this agreement being pumped up so conveniently when all else is falling apart.
Not even an 8-K??
No mention of reeau/Aspite agreement in the quoted 10-K section below. This would be where you might find anything material and important enough to file. Thanks for the quote.
