Sorry one more thing... Eagleforce and Cognosante are (were) both competing for the state wide contract. They are both from Virginia - both work with AWS (Amazon) - both handle Veterans and military health data ++
I think Doc thought Eagleforce would get the contract and aligned himself accordingly. The contract has not been officially awarded, but I believe Eagleforce lost to Cognosante. You can see - without the framework, there is NO telehealth plan and so we have to wait... doc is silent.
Georgia is a good reference point for Maryland if you want to see into near future.
