Posted this on a variety of locations on Joes LinkedIn comments and pages. I anticipate being blocked from his page as many on this thread are. Will find other ways.
The best thing Joe could do for what’s left - if anything- of this company is get out of the way. I feel we have a responsibility to make sure he doesn’t do the same to others. Please man up and resign. You are not getting a free pass on this joe.
Is this the same CEO of GNBT that did the following
1. Took both GNBT from $3 down to present .002 and NGIO from $2. Down to present .000
2. Had his entire Board of Directors resign
3. Hasn’t communicated with shareholders in over a year
4. Failed to submit required SEC filings for past year
5. At the last conference call on May22, 2021 misled shareholders with mistruths and inaccuracies.
6. Since that conference call there have been no information, direction, or updates.
7. If you are that Joe Moscato, please resign so that GNBT may possibly avoid a liquidation bankruptcy.
