The extra 5 days is for a filed extension, the deadline for UNVC is Monday the 16th. If it is missed, it is back to a lower level pink or it could be suspended at some point. The new OTC rules are to eliminate companies from dragging out the exact thing (filings) that has been taking place with UNVC, dalton had better file prior to Monday.
