Unless the company was incompetent blowing 7 mil
before they received "any and all" permits. The company clearing gambled on playing politics/ They clearly played the wrong hand.
All blame should be on the decision makers to lease a facility for over 500K per year and order over 3 mil of equipment and who knows how much on labor to assemble equipment. Then they couldn't pay the bills.
Result, lost medi-ri equipment...lost the medi-ri facility lease due to default...gave away medi-ri entity...spending a bunch of dough on legal fees.
