What is the basis for such a claim? Appears (my opinion) DEM denied the Medi approval and supplied causes for the denial aside from the new law. I could understand a claim if denial was solely based on the new laws - but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
My opinion is the Public Hearing was the culprit for the denial. Also, believe that a Public Hearing was a requirement prior to approval. Isn’t that why they only had Intent to Approve - the hearing needed to take place and items brought forth for further reviewed.
Again, trying to understand the basis for a financial claim. Maybe SNPW could update shareholders on the status to preclude speculation etc. Everybody has an opinion - right.
