"We as investors did everything right"? HUH??

All we have to do is have enough money in our account to buy the shares we want. Not quite a herculean feat. CYDY didn't hold up their end.

I do NOT think that the only reason CYDY is where it is has to do with BP feeling a threat. BP can buy whatever the heck it wants. To the best of our knowledge, there have been no offers made, as offers would have to be brought to the shareholders.

If people want to cry that the game is rigged and overlook CYDY's blunders, that's fine, but it's revisionist history in many places.
