will have to explain to me some day. How one can ever really know what 5% actually is.
I struggle when you have a low float company and 100% of the float moves 5 times in a trading session and the PPS needle doesn't move.
Either Naked shorts are being removed and or added ...imho.
The SEC/FED needs to investigate itself
