$BCAP at $0.0002 is a distant memory. In reality so is $0.0003:

It could be that the base of the run starts at $0.0006 x 7. Wouldn't be beyond the realm of imagination to move up one tick. In the interim, the bid is much higher and the share acquisition process continues.
