This is done - put a fork in er’ boys. I passed on the cases (pending and present) to my corporate attorney to have an “off the books look for me”. I’ve sank a lot of coin into these companies (+-$80,000) and was starting to look at litigation options. His analysis- “sketchy to none” at best. His advice was to wait for the lawsuits to come to fruition- and go for the scraps. The legal costs will outweigh the benefits. Perhaps there will be some light at the end of this tunnel - but come Dec - this is a write off for me. I will miss the banter of Hoops and Hylander and my friend’s TC and RJ. I’ll keep checking in once an awhile - but carry on with your other investments- and be smarter because of this. Hammy
