Part of the problem is a buy the rumor, sell the news, attitude.
However, while that may have applied in 2020 for CYDY, not sure that applies here yet, as we have yet to see a buy the rumor. We are still in the fricking 30 cents. I don't believe that the increase from the 20 cents to the 30 cents was a buy the rumor.
