Well, just looking at the Market for the first time today and my screen is RED. I didn't think I would see the UNVC PPS at this level less than a week from the expected day/date of the QTR filing. I would ask the experts, but, they might call it soft bashing. That's a shame since they have the most in depth knowledge for this ticker.

We need to wait for the filing(s) - pure and simple. While I am not happy, I would be more discouraged if there was more volume. I'm sure most of you know that it is relatively easy for "the bad guys" to manipulate the PPS with the low volume of trades that we are seeing. My guess is the manipulators are manipulating and some longs are buying some cheapies. We should see volume pick up if/when news starts to get released.
