A forensic accountant's dream job !

In my opinion, after wading through all of the 10K's, a forensic accountant would find many instances of blatant fraud. There are many hidy holes where funds can be hidden....exploration expenses, consultants fees, general operating expenses, goodwill, and on and on
37 million dollars plus over a period of 10 years, Where did it all go ? Where indeed ?.
