I agree Craig, but, I think the reason of not releasing the data when it was revealed to them is they probably want to back it up with a top line report along with a peer reviewed , released article in one of the journals (I think) we all know by now that a PR is not sufficient. And yes, this has nothing to do with an NDA, it does not make sense to think it is.
