Well....I know when a female cat seems to end up in an alley it is because of the way it is meowing so maybe it attracts male cats and she is willing until she is satisfied. Maybe she wasn't satisfied...at any rate maybe ask Salty as I'm sure he has seen a few cats on his pirate ship so he might know something about this.
