I could give a rats @ss whether the last 14C filing was cancelled. What matters is now.
Nothing but a control freak tactic. Shareholders being held hostage because of company's consistent failures.
I still want to see a juicy tweet confirming inverters/batteries shipment hit the port of Los Angeles as May 6th. Felt like Christmas eve this past Thursday ....and then nothing under the tree yet.
