This one's easy and believe it or not, we're on the same page here.
First of all, I NEVER said that management was a bunch of 8th graders. I merely said that an 8th grader could basically say "I'm doing the best I can at the moment to be successful" and that has about as much weight and clarity as what management said about what they are doing.
Second, I AGREE WITH YOU! Management should not "blurt out" anything, but when they have basically said nothing except for very broad, sweeping generalizations that sum up what their job is overall, one cannot say "We know what management is doing." What we know is that management knows their job is to do their best to bring this company forward.
Third, I do NOT think they are lying about NDAs and I never said they were. I said that I do NOT believe that not giving us the 700mg NASH data has anything to do with NDAs. If they are negotiating with several entities for a NASH partnership, then there is no reason for a NDA in connection with that information because they would want the best deal.
Again, overall, I agree with you and we're on the same side.
