I have never seen an attorney letter that revealed anything. They’re just boilerplate language confirming that info submitted in reports conforms to “current information” standards so I doubt it’s that.

Maybe they’re just planning on submitting it with the report due on the 15th. Who knows. I would rather just have things get done on time personally.
