Nah...seeing if anyone has the money to buy shares at this pps and then sell them for LESS only to run the price down. Happens everyday,I'm convinced of it.

Chad could PR five fleet deals and there would be shares for sale at 0.0040. Now WHO in their right mind would sell at that pps with that PR??
