All I can say after this fiasco, is Joe does need to go, a new management team needs to be in both companies, they need to still be viable and do what they do best without previous management and stick to their core responsibilities.

NuGenerex has their Cancer research along with the other work. Forget about Covid and work on bird flu, swine flu and others that are coming.
