Himr is trying to get the concessions and they are planning a joint venture with north cal through as they put it "the new company" which is what ever company they bring on board from the country the concession is in. As far as what we have , we have a ten year exclusive contract with hirs( the current owner) to utilize, manage, and market the tigerlynk equipment which relieves us of our financial obligations to hirs therefore relieving a huge amount of liability debt.
