How to get back to 24s? Well, what price did CYDY sell the new shares for, in this current Paulson raise? Without news, SP may drift or rush down to that 'discounted price' paid by the qualified investors. In the past, it hasn't seemed to matter whether the new shares were restricted or not.
They're offering 60 million shares? Is the smallish raise (so far) a hint that the investors weren't given NDA good news bombs? Maybe CYDY wants and needs to hold good/great data until they can publish in a peer-reviewed setting. Hope so.
