For now I will only comment as if MSWrecycler is NOT a part of SNPW..
I have no idea why their tweeted tires recycling and as far as I know at this moment SNPW offers nothing to recycling tires..
The medrecycler technology (basicly the same as MSW) could but it would have to be much bigger than anything that has been purposed so far..
So I wait for clarification.
