When will the Phase 2/3 trial take place?

Phase 2/3 has to be ready to go BEFORE you file for EUA
Pre IND meeting with FDA will provide Todos with exactly what they are looking for. Similar meeting with EMA will take place and trial will be designed to meet both agencies.
Target of EUA application submission will be June/July.
What this all means is...
Funding for 3CL Pharma would need to be in place BEFORE EUA submission
Funding is tied to a spinoff
What that means is a spinoff is possibly imminent - likely May/June or as along as it takes.
I suspect you'll see the sp rise (like now) as that would be the only way the retail public would get any shares of 3CL Pharma if it's spun off in the classic way. Don't cry if it's done a different way as it doesn't matter to me as long as that value is unlocked.
