I did the DD a long time ago. But, most don't know all of the details behind the medi-ri nightmare
Who is "Who"
Who are "they"
Just making sure you know because I do. You're not identifying the specific parties out of convenience because it will explain how 'the company'(?) was able to use a 17 mil bond extended by state of ri.
Hint: it had nothing to do with snpw parent company's financials or revenue as you alluded to in order to make some case about being able to secure a 17 mil bond.
This is an example of "not" knowing what you owned or own.
