I haven't heard of Rocket High Energy or California drinks being sold in Oxxo. You could look at there websites to see points of sales. That was always the goal. The points of sales on the websites don't have Oxxo listed yet. Not all the locations are listed though, so maybe they are starting to sell in Oxxo. They are sold in 7-11 where there are at least 1835 stores in Mexico. If they were expanding into OXXO this would be considered big news and the company should put out a PR. Maybe that's the big supprise and the news there waiting to report before they put out the financials!
