I don't think it's a legit lawsuit. They didn't keep their end of the bargain, sure, but should we expect payment in full and give them nothing? Fact is, as an investor, I never wanted that deal to go through and immediately knew, by looking at EMOR, that the deal would never go through. Still remember G tweeting they had a billion dollar market cap. Absolute bull - technically they did, but stock was a joke and operations were minimal/mostly theoretical. That's why you've seen that company pivot 3-4 times just since we became aware. Scam. And they have nothing to pay us with - no revenue, $200k of cash, very few assets. There is nothing for us to go after. Very useful at shielding our IP for a year and proved a tactic that we could indefinitely use. Got them a foot in the door to healthcare industry. Win-win nothing burger.
