snpw doesn't have a nickel to invest in any solar panel plant in the U.S.
Recall the "who can guess the replacement facility for medi-ri pyrolysis" contest almost a year ago. No winner because no replacement facility was remotely possible due to NO $ and NO credit to borrow. Only facility targeted was the ceo's recycling side company MSW Recycler in Mississippi (with same address as snpw and spp and medrecycler)...that applied for an 85 mil tax exempt state bond.
