Maybe plan on a notice to file late for 2022 Q-1 10-Q. That way you won't be upset having to wait an extra 5 days.
Looking forward to the company sharing any material changes to the status of previously published through press releases...agreements, contracts, financing, term sheets etc. they are aware of such as:
- Status of Durango project financing term sheet
- Status of Durango project investment partners Blissful Holdings and solar panel supplier JA Solar,
- Status of Renewable Energy Engineers Australia agreements w/ snpw subsidiary National Mechanical Group
- Status of RI dot bus shelters contract
- Status of company solar panel patents awaiting submittal for UL certifications.
Do your own due diligence ...always. And Read all of the company's filings from start to finish.
