the company shows no signs of life, is there still someone on the board?
the only way to know the truth would be to appoint a lawyer to represent us and sue the board for fraudulent management against the shareholders.
it would be necessary to understand who owns the 122 million shares, if they have been carefully distributed to unsuspecting shareholders (as I presume), or if there are majority shareholders.
