Going after Spanish vessels sounds exciting, but is an absurd business model based on protections the US has promised Spain, as well as Spain laying claim to their sunken vessels. It’s recorded in the Federal Register. The FBAR’s bureaucrats dare not jeopardize their futures in a way that would allow the disturbance of a protected vessel without permission given by Spain.

That said, SFRX has never explained how they would seek a legal path to title to anything they would recover. That’s the FIRST step a salvor would take before considering a potential target.

But hey, they can always fire up the paid promos. Who knows, they could announce a mask find sometime in the near future.
