Some more info for investors...

There are still a couple of acquisition in the works. The one that Verb mentioned late last year that has to do with Market may be slowed a but until the share price goes back up. Don't want to do the deal with shares at these levels.

I think that is smart. Verb has a very, very long-term agreement in place to leverage this technology so whether a deal is done in a few weeks, few months, etc. doesn't matter. The other company does have a revenue stream which I assume would be great to add to Verb's.

There is possibly a second acquisition in the works. Didn't get many details or I may have forgot. Others can chime in if they know a bit more. Company said I could share.
