I've been investing ( in/out/in) CYDY since late 2016 when the PPS was approximately .75cts. I was courted as an accredited investor twice, once through Mulholland ( whom I disliked/distrusted) and more recently in late 2021 through Christina D. ( declined an offer at $1.25).
Over the years I exchanged dozens of messages and one call with NP. While he did seem to be a tireless passionate employee I never found him to have an original idea with regard to financing or drug application. Pestell rang the cancer bell, Patterson COVID/LH and Recknor NASH/other indications.
While I know he has his fan base, even by his own admission his only real contribution seem to be in finding financing to keep pushing the ball forward. However he left quite a mess in his wake and his lasting legacy is yet to written. But IMO, he certainly was not the architect or project originator of any meaningful events or expansions during his tenure.
