Let's say 3CL gets spunoff and is worth a round $1B. Maybe it's worth way less or way more, but $1B is a nice round number

Let's say you own 1% of Todos shares today. Maybe way more, maybe way less

Let's say Todos uses 10% of their 52% to pay down debt.

$1B * 1% * (52%*.9) = $4,680,000

You'd be almost $4 large richer

That would give Todos $50M cash-o-la-la-la

Oh and that doesn't even include the Todos sp appreciation leading up to the spinoff announcement and the day of which would further increase your $4 large and Todos's $50M

To use some more round numbers, it's possible Todos would be worth a round number of $1B. Maybe it's worth way less or way more, but $1B is a nice round number.

So you might want to ask yourself, what would be the true value of Todos and 3CL Pharma with a spinoff taking place? Then start doing some math of how that will effect sp from where it is today. Seems very clear in my mind, but I don't get my investment advice from messageboards.
