Due Diligence...just for starters. I may have missed a few
So you do understand that SINCE JANUARY 2021...nothing has happened except:
company office and facility leases terminated
2 more subsidiaries listed as dormant
Medi-RI permit denied
no more ownership in Medi-ri
3 years since Mexico project announcement...now on hold, for who knows how long, and possible? loss of term sheet,
Australia fell off the map along with feedstocks idea
going on year 3 with no UL cert for solar panels
bus stop revenue appears to have been outsourced or subleased
Preferred shareholders approved a Reverse Split between 100:1 and 1000:1 triggering a 14C filing effective for up to 11+ more months.
no 2021 Q1 shareholder conference call.
Do you really think the stock will ever be higher than 1 to 2 cents again for more than a day or two? 100 tweets per day won't move the stock. Too many concepts without a real business for 4-5 years. The no cash, no credit and no revenue got a lot worse when it got to no assets. Followed up by hundreds of millions of shares handed out to convert debt.
