Help with DD.
Below is a link to the Secretary of State for Pennsylvania.
https://www.corporations.pa.gov/Search/CorpSearch
If you type in Health Resources Inc . in the search bar it brings up several corporations with similar names.
Look for the one that has 20 Erford Rd . as an address and click on it.
If you check out the dates at the bottom, they were registered today.
While you're at it, also look at Health Resources Distribution Services, Inc. same address.
It was also registered today.
I just don't know how to post a screen shot.
