Looked like a "cross trade". That
2,795,000 @ .005 , was probably an "All Or None Market Order"..otherwise ALL the bids below .03 down to .005 would have been filled.
How else could the bid stay at .033 and trade at .03, .02 and then .005???
A cross trade also occurs legitimately when a broker executes matched buy and a sell orders for the same security across different client accounts and reports them on an exchange.
