You're conflating things. An NDA is one thing, compliance with the FDA/SEC etc is another. If NASH 700mg results were that good, one would think, logically, that CYDY would want to make the best deal possible, which means letting ALL 3rd parties know what those results are so that a bidding war could take place.

If the results are not strong enough to claim anything one way or another, well, that's why maybe one might be a bit more quiet. Maybe, MAYBE the results were not stellar, but they were good enough that one company said "Sign an NDA as to results and we're willing to enter into talks about a potential 'something-or-other' with you."
