If more than one company wants it, maybe a bidding war? The companies (GNBT/NGIO), as a whole, is worth more than the sum of its parts, but how much will an investor be willing to pay? 122,058,444(shares) x .002(pps) = $244,116.89. As stockholders, we don’t get a say with bankruptcy liquidations. A Chapter 11 reorganization is our best hope.
