If one has done there DD they would know MSW is not a competitor Medrecycler as has been rehashed several times on the other board..
MSW handles the cheap waste while Medrecycler handles the more expensive pathogen waste.

It is odd to use the term "gave Medi-ri away".
Getting some one else to bear the cost of buying the equipment, pay for the assembly of that equipment, pay for running and maintenance of that equipment and giving you 51% of the profit doesn't seem to fit the term "gave Medi-ri away".
But is sure sounds like franchising.
