Someone please prove financing in place for any project.
I challenge anyone to show proof of any financing approved and signed off on for any project announced over the past 4 years. Screw the term sheet stuff and entered into an agreement b.s.
It can't be done because the company can't borrow a dime for any project. They can beg, but they can't steal.
