Sounds to me like the Public Hearing was the dagger, not some new law. Suggesting it would have been approved if not for the new law seems remote to me.
It’s not even clear to me what is to be gained in this tug of war. Does snpw still desire to gain Medi approval in RI? Why not move on? I thought there were new opportunities elsewhere. Isn’t Texas a friendly state.
