The press release and 10-K do NOT confirm specific financing with terms relating to snpw as a public company.
Shareholders get to be noticed about specific authorized and signed financing agreements with some explanation of financing terms in an 8-K. Many of theses agreements are set up as convertible debt loans. All the more reasons why shareholders should have an 8-K made available to them.
