That is BP"s normal modus operandi always, I see it with other companies that have a good drug that BP wants, i.e., use all the forces of politics, media, bashing, slow walking, FDA influence, fake lawsuits, extended trials, etc., to drive a company down until you can steal the drug. If we were just up against Gilead for HIV, then I would say, we are up against it.
But Covid and its media exposure has changed the game, and the FDA with its letters has done its best to keep us out of the game, but Leronlimab keeps leaking out beyond the control. At some point one BP company is going to want to contain all these possible indications that LL can help and another is going to want to stop it from having that control. Bidding war.
