At the bottom of the webpage is an entry for yesterday April 25th: “Exhibit Bankruptcy Petition”.
If Joe has not completely been putting on a magic show of “Smoke and Mirrors” for the last several years, then there must be more value to the company than what is owed the creditors. Even the lowest of questionable money lenders would need to find something of value before forking over any cash.
Still, I don’t know if this is any real hope or just palliative care.
